AI Product Translation and Clinical Integration (Classroom, Synchronous and Asynchronous e-learning)
About This Course
This course trains learners to translate Artificial Intelligence (AI) prototypes from research to clinical use, covering regulatory strategy, design-control, interoperability, workflow redesign, change management, and post-market surveillance. Learners gain skills in clinical utility assessment, regulatory compliance pathways such as Food Drug Administration (FDA), Health Sciences Authority (HSA), and standards like ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and integration into hospital and community settings. The curriculum includes User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) design, change-management frameworks, and post-deployment monitoring. Learners are prepared for roles in AI product management, regulatory affairs, and digital health, bridging technical, clinical, and operational expertise essential for advancing healthcare innovation.
What You'll Learn
• Draft a full translation roadmap for an AI health-tech product.
• Design an integration blueprint for safe deployment in clinical environments.
• Develop a change-management and post-market surveillance plan.
Entry Requirements
The programme is primarily for clinicians and healthcare professionals. Professionals, such as scientists and researchers, interested in how to apply AI technologies to biomedical data are also welcome. There is no pre-requisite to enroll in the programme but some background in the healthcare sector and/or computer literacy would be an advantage.
