The Certificate in Networking & Cloud provides students with foundational knowledge and practical skills in computer networking and cloud computing. It covers computer networking concepts, network routing principles, configuration of routers, dynamic routing protocols, LAN and WAN communications, IPv6 addressing, WAN technologies, Network Address Translation (NAT), and security configurations using Access Control Lists (ACLs). Students will also gain an understanding of cloud computing concepts, core cloud services, security, architecture, pricing, and support using Amazon Web Services (AWS). Through hands-on lab work and projects, students will apply networking and cloud computing knowledge and be prepared for further practical experience and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.
