About This Course
This course establishes core AI fluency for business support professionals, focusing on how modern AI systems work, where they perform well, and where they can fail. Participants move beyond surface-level AI use to develop a clear understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and common enterprise risks.
Equips participants to apply sound decision-making judgment to determine when AI should augment work, automate processes, or be constrained with human oversight. Governance, responsible AI practices, and trust considerations are emphasised to ensure safe and effective adoption in business environments.
Participants also examine how AI reshapes roles, workflows, and operating models, preparing them to supervise and orchestrate AI-enabled workflows. By the end of the course, participants are ready to take ownership of AI-enabled business processes, forming a strong foundation for hands-on building and deployment in subsequent part of the programme.
