About This Course
This course builds strong fundamentals of AI literacy in the three aspects of prompting techniques, data management and application of industry-specific frameworks.
Participants learn how to craft effective prompts that augment their existing domain expertise, use data ethically and efficiently to reduce hallucinations and apply frameworks to address industry-specific issues. With the foundation in place, participants will be able to build effective chatbots to solve problems with minimal prompting.
