What You'll Learn
1. Analyse Environment and Social Governance (ESG) frameworks, standards and compliance requirements, including ISSB, GRI and ISO 26000, to support ESG research and benchmarking.
2. Evaluate environmental impact and social consequences of organisational projects, policies or initiatives using environmental impact assessment methods, stakeholder insights and mitigation planning.

Entry Requirements
• 18 years and above
• Possess minimally a Diploma Level or listen, speak, read, and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to WPL Level 5
• Use numeracy skills equivalent to WPN Level 5
• Minimum 1 month of working experience in business operations, sustainability, facilities or estate management, social enterprise, or project coordination.
• Basic digital literacy such as internet browsing, data entry, file management, report viewing, use of Microsoft Office applications or equivalent tools for documentation and presentation preparation.
• If the training is conducted via synchronous e-learning, learners should have access to:
o A laptop or desktop computer
o Stable internet connection
o Webcam and microphone/headset
o Basic office productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
o Access to virtual meeting platforms (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet)
