About This Course

This course equips people managers, team leaders, supervisors, and HR practitioners with advanced skills to lead multigenerational workforces amid AI-driven digital transformation. Organisational adoption of IT strategies—such as new AI tools and digital workflows—can amplify conflicts within teams by exacerbating generational differences in technology comfort, trust in automation, speed expectations, and fears of obsolescence.

Participants learn to perform conflict management, assisting members in resolving grievances and disputes through objective assessment of issues, building consensus, and using techniques to diffuse tensions while prioritising organisational interests. When executed properly, these IT strategies reduce conflicts by fostering inclusive adoption via reverse mentoring, adaptive training, and cross-generational insights that align diverse needs with business goals.
