AIM-Ready: Sustainable Operations
About This Course
This intermediate-level course equips manufacturing professionals to assess, prioritise and plan the adoption of REMAP for AI-enabled sustainable operations across energy, water and waste.
Participants will identify high-impact resource-efficiency and carbon-emissions analytics use cases, define measurable KPIs, assess data and technology readiness, select suitable analytics approaches, and evaluate business value and implementation feasibility.
Through case studies, readiness assessments and project-based learning, participants will develop an implementation roadmap and adoption proposal for a priority use case.
The course is suitable for manufacturing, operations, facilities, sustainability, engineering, IT/OT and transformation professionals. No prior coding or AI experience is required, though participants should have a basic understanding of manufacturing operations, utility systems or digital transformation.
