AIM-Ready: AI-powered Demand Forecasting
About This Course
This intermediate-level course equips manufacturing and supply chain professionals to assess and plan the adoption of AI-powered demand forecasting.
Participants will learn to identify suitable AI application opportunities, define AI-ready forecasting use cases, assess organisational and data readiness, evaluate forecasting approaches and explainability requirements, and determine solution integration, business value and implementation feasibility.
Advanced approaches such as deep learning, foundation time-series models and Agentic AI are introduced as options for evaluation rather than model-development requirements.
Through case studies, readiness assessments and project-based learning, participants will develop an individual AI adoption proposal and implementation roadmap for a workplace-relevant demand forecasting use case.
No prior coding or AI experience is required. Participants should have a basic understanding of demand forecasting, supply chain planning, inventory planning or manufacturing operations.
