About This Course

The SCTP in AI-Enabled Manufacturing is a 276-hour career transition programme designed to help individuals from diverse backgrounds build practical AI capabilities for Singapore’s manufacturing sector. Curated from existing SIMTech KTO modules and aligned to AIMfg’s AI-in-Manufacturing focus areas, the programme supports learners who wish to reskill, upskill or transition into AI-enabled manufacturing roles. Learners will progressively build capabilities in data analytics, real-time OEE, industrial AI, predictive maintenance, intelligent inspection, production planning, supply chain analytics, demand forecasting, smart energy management and generative AI. Aligned to AMTA’s AI competency framework, the programme prepares learners to support AI adoption, productivity improvement and digital transformation in manufacturing operations.

What You'll Learn

Learners will start with practical foundations in manufacturing data literacy, correlation analysis, real-time OEE and industrial AI concepts. They will then apply AI and analytics across AIMfg-aligned manufacturing use cases, including predictive maintenance, intelligent inspection, production planning, supply chain analytics, demand forecasting, energy optimisation and generative AI for manufacturing. Through application-focused training, learners will gain confidence to analyse manufacturing data, identify improvement opportunities, support AI-enabled decision-making, and contribute to AI adoption projects in production, quality, maintenance, planning, supply chain and sustainability functions.
