About This Course
This program prepares L3–5 leaders to drive a robust Productivity and Innovation Strategy by mastering the conversational frameworks required to unlock high-level team performance and accountability

The course delivers a practical toolkit in Agile Coaching, enabling leaders to implement structured frameworks like the GROW model to foster a development mindset and build team ownership
Furthermore, leaders will master Conflict Management to professionally navigate emotional reactions and handle difficult conversations, building the consensus needed to diffuse tensions and achieve effective resolutions that maintain the best interests of the organization. By integrating these professional skills, leaders will be equipped to influence ethically, build deeper trust, and motivate sustained organizational growth through every conversation.
