Implementing the Cyber Trust Mark Framework: A Readiness & Implementation Workshop
About This Course
This intensive 4-day workshop provides a comprehensive, step-by-step roadmap to mastering the Cyber Trust Mark framework. Moving beyond basic cyber hygiene, the Cyber Trust Mark is designed for larger or highly digitalised enterprises and requires a dynamic, risk-based approach to security.
Through interactive lectures and daily hands-on case studies, learners will demystify the framework's 22 cybersecurity domains and explore the five distinct preparedness tiers (Supporter to Advocate). The course will guide you through conducting organisational risk profiling, developing robust IT standards and governance, managing third-party vendor risks, and preparing detailed documentation for the rigorous two-stage formal certification audit.
