Claude at Work: From Coding to AI-Driven Development
About This Course
This course introduces a structured approach to working with Claude Code as an agentic coding partner rather than a traditional assistant.
Through hands-on activities, participants will learn to manage context, maintain session continuity, and collaborate effectively with AI. Using the OODA (Observe → Orient → Decide → Act) framework, they will focus human effort on decision-making while delegating execution to AI.
Participants will apply agentic thinking to guide Claude Code in taking on roles such as planner, coder, tester, and reviewer through structured prompts and task design. They will break down complex problems, define clear success criteria, and build modular workflows.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to design and manage end-to-end, AI-assisted workflows that leverage artifacts and MCP-integrated tools to produce reliable, maintainable outcomes.
What You'll Learn
- Set up an effective environment for AI-assisted programming using Claude Code, supporting context management, collaboration, and session continuity.
- Apply the OODA (Observe → Orient → Decide → Act) framework to focus human effort on sense-making and decision-making, while delegating execution to AI.
- Adopt agentic thinking to define roles and coordinate workflows, guiding AI to take on functions such as planner, coder, tester, and reviewer.
- Break down complex problems into modular tasks and define clear success criteria for reliable outcomes.
- Design and manage structured, end-to-end workflows that leverage artifacts and Model Context Protocol (MCP)-integrated tools to support real-world development scenarios.
Entry Requirements
Participants should preferably possess basic programming knowledge.
