Rehabilitation Management Across Clinical Conditions (Classroom and Asynchronous e-learning)
About This Course
This course is designed for registered physiotherapists who have completed the Graduate Certificate in Rehabilitation Health (Physiotherapy) or have foundational training in rehabilitation. It equips learners with the skills to design and implement evidence-based rehabilitation interventions for patients with complex and multifactorial health conditions. It focuses on translating assessment findings into structured physiotherapy management plans targeting impairments, activity limitations, and participation restrictions. It emphasises exercise prescription, functional training, symptom management, and progression of rehabilitation for patients with multimorbidity and variable functional capacity. Through case-based learning and workplace practice, learners improve their clinical decision-making and adapt interventions based on patient response, comorbidities, and evolving rehabilitation needs, supporting employability and readiness for advanced clinical roles within acute, community, and specialised rehabilitation settings.
