About This Course

This course equips beginner-to-intermediate learners with practical competencies in media strategy, photography, editing, and AI-supported visual content creation. Learners will develop a structured approach to producing high-quality content based on audience insights, communication objectives, platform requirements, and brand positioning.
Through hands-on learning, participants will analyse content goals, define target audiences, and translate strategic direction into end-to-end production workflows. They will learn to plan and manage shoots, apply camera and composition techniques with technical precision, and use post-production editing to create refined, purpose-driven outputs.
The course also introduces generative AI as a productivity tool for ideation, storyboarding, shot planning, creative development, and content refinement. Learners will gain experience integrating AI into selected stages of production while maintaining creative judgement and professional quality standards.
Aligned with current marketing, media, and communication practices, the course bridges creative direction and visual execution. It prepares learners to contribute across roles such as content producer, digital marketing professional, media executive, editor, and communication specialist.
Upon completion, learners will be able to create visually compelling, strategically aligned content that supports organisational goals, strengthens audience engagement, meets platform expectations, and responds to the evolving demands of modern media environments. The course is particularly suitable for working professionals seeking structured, industry-relevant capabilities in photography, editing, visual storytelling, and AI-assisted creative workflows.
