Building Enterprise AI Agents (SF) (Classroom & Asynchronous elearning)
About This Course
This course covers the design and build of enterprise AI agents that combine generative AI with workflow automation.
Participants learn how agent architecture works in practice, covering topics, triggers, entities, knowledge sources, actions and conditional logic. They then build and test agents for HR, Sales and Purchase processes that classify requests, route tiered approvals and handle exceptions, and finally refine and govern the agent with data grounding, guardrails and human oversight.
The work is done in Microsoft Copilot Studio as the primary platform, with Power Automate handling approval flows and system actions, and enterprise data sources such as SharePoint, Excel and Dataverse/CRM providing grounding and lookups.
The course suits digital transformation specialists, IT managers, business analysts, automation specialists and professionals accountable for AI adoption. It supports progression into roles such as AI Agent Developer, Automation Specialist, Copilot Studio Solution Consultant, Business Process Analyst and Digital Transformation Executive.
