Agentic AI for Legal
About This Course
Agentic artificial intelligence (AI) is creating new challenges for legal and compliance teams because AI agents can take actions, use tools, interact with third parties and affect contractual or regulatory outcomes. These capabilities raise practical questions around authority, liability, data protection, intellectual property, vendor obligations and governance of AI-enabled legal workflows.
This course is designed for legal professionals, in-house counsel, legal operations managers, compliance officers, paralegals and contract managers who need to review or support contracts involving agentic AI systems. Participants will examine how agentic AI changes contracting, liability attribution, data and intellectual property (IP) exposure, and regulatory monitoring in Singapore and international business contexts.
Participants will learn to identify legal risks in agentic AI deployments and propose practical mitigations. They will leave with a structured legal review approach that can be adapted for vendor negotiations, internal AI governance and legal operations use cases.
