AI-Powered Persuasion and Influence in the Boardroom
About This Course
As organisations adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled workflows and digital business models, professionals need to communicate clearly, persuasively and efficiently while using AI to enhance message development, rehearsal and delivery.
This course integrates AI as both a learning tool and a performance enhancement tool. learners will use AI-supported feedback to review presentation delivery, including pacing, filler words, vocal variety, clarity and tone. These insights help them identify performance gaps, track improvement and strengthen communication effectiveness.
AI will also be used to accelerate the development of executive communication. learners will apply Artificial intelligence (AI) tools to generate, evaluate and refine executive messages, recommendation structures, persuasive narratives and presentation content. Through guided practice and rapid iteration, they will learn to communicate complex ideas more clearly, tailor messages to different stakeholders and produce persuasive presentations that support faster, better-informed decision-making.
Learners will take part in AI-supported rehearsal using realistic workplace scenarios. Immediate feedback after each practice session enables them to refine delivery, build executive presence and respond more effectively during high-stakes presentations, stakeholder engagements and business discussions.
Beyond the classroom, learners can continue using AI to rehearse actual presentations, refine proposals and improve executive briefings with authentic work content. This equips them with a repeatable AI-enabled workflow for sustained communication improvement, higher productivity and stronger performance in the digital economy.
