Agentic AI for Human Resource
About This Course
Agentic artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping how organisations hire, develop, deploy and evaluate talent. For human resources (HR) teams, the challenge is no longer limited to understanding AI tools; it is about redesigning recruitment criteria, workforce planning, reskilling pathways and performance management when work increasingly blends human judgement with AI-assisted output.
This course is designed for HR, learning and development (L&D), talent acquisition, organisation design and business transformation professionals who need to lead people-related change in AI-enabled workplaces. Through guided discussions and applied HR scenarios, participants will examine bias risk in AI-assisted hiring, accountability in human–AI work design, and ethical issues in performance management.
By the end of the course, participants will develop a practical reskilling roadmap for a selected business unit or workforce segment. This gives participants a workplace-ready output they can adapt for internal conversations on talent strategy, AI adoption, change management and workforce capability building.
