About This Course
Agentic AI and Automation prepares retail professionals to synthesise and apply emerging AI technologies across the full web content and digital automation stack. Participants evaluate cause-and-effect relationships across interconnected agentic pipelines — applying artificial intelligence application, data governance and data strategy to configure digital storefronts, deploy intelligent systems and anticipate the impact of operational transformation across business functions. The module develops automation system maintenance and change management capabilities, equipping participants to extract and analyse text data to discover themes and trends, and apply business data analysis using computational techniques to generate business insights across organisational systems.

Entry Requirements
16 YEARS OLD
English Requirements: - Able to listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System (ESS) level 5 or GCE ‘O’ Level
- Able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to ESS level 5 or GCE ‘O’ Level; and
- Able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ES level 5 or GCE ‘O’ Level.
Singaporean / Singapore PR: - Possess A Minimum Credit In English At GCE “O” Level Or Its Equivalent.
International: - IELTS score 5.5 or TOEFL iBT score 46.
- High School Diploma equivalent to GCE 'O' Level with minimum grade C6 for 3 subjects, including English and Mathematics.
LEARNERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE BASIC COMPUTING SKILLS, I.E., TURN ON THE LAPTOP, USE THE MOUSE, DRAG AND DROP FILES, USE ONLINE SEARCH ENGINE FOR RESEARCH, AND BE A COMPETENT USER OF MICROSOFT OFFICE.
