About This Course
This module develops learners' ability to identify, design, and document AI-enabled workflows across business functions. Learners move beyond individual AI tools to understand how AI components, including assistants, chatbots, and connected systems, can be structured into end-to-end workflows that improve how an organisation operates.

Learning Outcomes:
• Analyse existing business processes to identify suitable opportunities for AI integration
• Design AI-enabled workflow logic, including triggers, actions, conditions, and human decision points
• Build and test functional automated workflows using no-code or low-code platforms
• Document workflow designs in a format suitable for handoff to technical teams
• Evaluate AI assistant and chatbot confi gurations for defi ned business scenarios
• Communicate workflow proposals clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Learners complete this module with the ability to produce workflow documentation that communicates intent clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders, a foundational capability for any Business Analyst (AI) operating in an enterprise environment.
