About This Course
This module provides a foundational understanding of how organizations identify, analyze, and respond to cyber threats. It covers key areas including the nature of threat actors and their tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs); methods of intelligence gathering from various sources; and the CTI lifecycle, including intelligence sharing frameworks.
What You'll Learn
Learners will explore essential tools such as SIEM and Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs), and apply threat modelling and risk assessment techniques to evaluate cyber risks. The module culminates in a capstone project where learners produce an intelligence report based on real or simulated threat data, demonstrating practical CTI analysis skills.
Entry Requirements
Qualifications in Information and Digital Technologies, and/or Engineering at minimum ITE NITEC/Higher NITEC.
