Strategic Value Creation through Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) Reporting and Sustainable Finance
About This Course
Transform Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) from compliance into a strategic driver of long-term value.
This two-day module reframes sustainability from a compliance obligation into a strategic driver of long-term value, equipping finance professionals to integrate ESG principles across business strategy and operations. Participants will examine global sustainability frameworks and understand how evolving regulatory and market expectations are reshaping business models and investor priorities.
The course introduces key sustainable finance mechanisms such as green bonds and sustainability-linked loans, and provides practical tools to assess ESG risks, conduct materiality analysis, evaluate climate-related exposures, and support effective sustainability reporting. Through interactive lectures, case studies, and scenario planning, participants will apply these concepts to real-world business contexts.
Designed for finance professionals, the module emphasises building organisational capability in sustainability governance, ESG performance, and stakeholder engagement. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped to embed ESG into decision-making, strengthen resilience, and identify new opportunities for strategic growth in a rapidly evolving global sustainability landscape.
