Respond. Resolve. Recover - AI for Frontline Service
About This Course
This course is an intermediate-level programme that equips frontline, customer service, sales, customer success, operations and supervisory professionals with practical Artificial Intelligence (AI) skills to enhance service delivery, customer engagement and workplace productivity.
Learners will explore how AI tools can support faster customer communication, issue resolution, service recovery and data-driven decision-making while maintaining human judgement, empathy and professionalism. The programme develops workplace capabilities in Prompt Engineering, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service Innovation Management, Data Collection and Analysis, Data Analysis and Interpretation, Business Innovation and Improvement, Workflow Digitalisation, and Responsible AI and Generative AI Practices. Participants will learn to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot to create customer communications, analyse service cases, generate reports, identify trends and support daily work activities. Through hands-on exercises and realistic workplace scenarios, learners will create reusable prompt templates, service response frameworks, structured summaries and AI-assisted workflows that can be applied immediately in customer-facing environments. The course also emphasises responsible and ethical AI usage, including data privacy, information security, verification of AI-generated outputs and safe handling of customer information. By the end of the programme, learners will possess practical competencies that enable them to improve service quality, increase productivity, reduce repetitive administrative work and contribute to service transformation initiatives within their organisations while leveraging AI as a trusted workplace assistant rather than a replacement for human expertise.
