Designing AI-Powered HR Processes
About This Course
As organisations increasingly adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transform business processes, Human Resource (HR) professionals need competencies that extend beyond using Generative AI for individual productivity. They must be able to evaluate HR processes, redesign work, and determine how Agentic AI can be responsibly applied to improve operational efficiency, employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
This advanced programme equips learners with the knowledge and practical skills to apply Agentic AI Design Thinking to HR processes. Participants will learn how Agentic AI differs from traditional AI assistants, understand its potential impact on HR operating models, identify suitable HR use cases, evaluate their readiness for Agentic AI, and design AI enabled workflows that incorporate appropriate human oversight, governance and responsible AI practices.
Through guided discussions, case studies, practical demonstrations using a licensed Large Language Model (LLM) such as Codex, and hands-on design activities, learners will progressively develop an Agentic AI Design Canvas for an HR workflow relevant to their organisation.
Upon completion, learners will be able to apply the design framework within their workplace to identify opportunities for Agentic AI, redesign HR workflows, establish appropriate governance and human review mechanisms, and communicate practical implementation recommendations to stakeholders. The skills acquired will support HR professionals in leading AI enabled transformation initiatives and adopting Agentic AI in a structured, responsible and business-focused manner.
