Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer and Generative Artificial Intelligence Leadership 2: AI Capability and Workforce Enablement
About This Course
This two-day course helps participants move from Artificial Intelligence (AI) literacy to practical AI capability. Using the AI Capability Framework, participants will examine the five building blocks of organisational AI capability: Knowledge, Skills, Tools, Processes, and Transformation. They will learn how Generative AI can be used productively and responsibly through prompt design, human judgement, workflow redesign, and practical capability tools such as AI tutors, mentors, roleplays, quizzes, copilots, and workflow assistants. By the end of the course, participants will design and test an AI capability tool or workflow use case that supports responsible adoption across the organisation.
What You'll Learn
1. Explain the difference between Artificial Intelligence (AI) literacy, AI adoption, and AI capability, and why the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO) must focus on building sustainable organisational capability rather than tool usage alone.
2. Apply the AI Capability Framework to implement five core capability areas within their organisations: Knowledge, Skills, Tools, Processes and Transformation.
3. Develop supporting metrics to measure AI capability maturity, adoption, proficiency, workflow impact, responsible use, and transformation outcomes across the five capability areas.
4. Develop a practical AI capability and orchestration use case that reflects the organisation's needs, user context, governance expectations, workflow requirements, and transformation priorities.
