About This Course

This two-day course helps participants understand how Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Agentic AI are reshaping strategy, work, business models, and organisational capability. Participants will examine the global AI landscape, the rise of the AI Factory concept, and the strategic role of the Chief AI Officer in moving organisations from experimentation to enterprise transformation. Using the Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) Maturity Framework, they will assess readiness, identify priority opportunities, and consider where governance, people, technology, and value must align. By the end of the course, participants will develop a high-level GenAI strategy and roadmap suited to their organisation's maturity and priorities.

What You'll Learn

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

1. Explain the strategic role of the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO) in turning Artificial Intelligence (AI) experimentation into a trustworthy, scalable, and value-creating organisational capability.

2. Describe the evolution from Generative AI to Agentic AI and assess how these developments affect business models, work, workflows, decisions, accountability, and enterprise transformation.

3. Apply the AI Factory concept to identify how organisations can convert data, knowledge, expertise, workflows, and human judgment into useful digital intelligence products across functions such as customer service, human resources (HR), compliance, learning and development, marketing, sales, and operations.

4. Use the Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) Maturity Framework to assess organisational readiness and identify appropriate strategic moves based on the organisation's current maturity stage.

5. Relate AI strategy to Principled Performance by assessing whether AI initiatives help the organisation achieve objectives, address uncertainty, and act with integrity.

6. Develop a high-level GenAI strategy document and phased roadmap aligned to organisational priorities, maturity, capability gaps, governance needs, and measurable business value.

Entry Requirements

1. Participants should preferably be a degree holder or a diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant managerial or professional experience.

2. Completion of Courses 1 (Strategic AI Transformation) and 5 (AI Governance, Risk and Assurance) is recommended for foundational continuity before Course 6 (CAIO Playbook), although all is possible to be completed as standalone courses.
