Building a Multi-Functional Website without Coding Skills (SFS)
About This Course
This course, as part of the SkillsFuture Series, empowers learners to design and build dynamic, multi-functional websites without requiring coding knowledge. Through hands-on, tool-based learning, participants will explore user interface (UI) design principles, user experience (UX) architecture, and usability testing methodologies to create functional, visually appealing, and user-centred digital products.
Learners will progressively determine user and functional requirements, develop information architecture and process flow, design and prototype graphical interfaces, and conduct usability assessments to enhance performance and user satisfaction. The course integrates design psychology, navigation logic, and visual communication to help learners translate ideas into professional-grade websites using intuitive, no-code website development platforms.
By the end of the course, learners will possess the knowledge and abilities to conceptualise, design, and refine digital interfaces that align with both organisational goals and end-user needs.
What You'll Learn
- Determine user, features and functionalities requirements to guide website design and content structure.
- Develop user interface information architecture and process flow of the application in relation to the user.
- Design and develop graphical user interface prototypes using no-code website development tools.
- Assess usability test findings and make relevant refinements to the interface and enhance user guides for new implementations.
