About This Course

This program provides a practical frontline leadership response to AI‑driven everyday change, focusing on Business Innovation and Improvement by equipping supervisors with the habits needed to embrace changes and drive routine improvements.

Through the lens of Behavioural Economics in Design, leaders will learn to examine the psychological and emotional factors that influence team reactions, helping them address confusion and resistance effectively
Participants will develop Artificial Intelligence Ethics and Governance capabilities to evaluate AI suggestions responsibly and ensure compliance within their daily workflows.

To sustain team stability, leaders will apply Operational Risk Management to identify risks in machine-generated information and determine exactly when human judgment is required before taking action.

Ultimately, the course strengthens Workflow Management, enabling leaders to coordinate daily tasks across their teams to ensure the timely and quality delivery of outcomes even as digital tools evolve.

What You'll Learn

1. Understand how AI‑enabled tools and digital workflows are reshaping everyday team work, recognising why clarity, confidence, and human leadership presence matter more as tasks and expectations change.
2. Recognise early signs of team uncertainty, confusion, or resistance during AI‑driven workflow changes, and respond in ways that stabilise performance rather than increase anxiety or disengagement.
3. Communicate changes clearly and simply during periods of adjustment, helping team members understand what is changing, what is not, and what is expected of them in AI‑supported work contexts.
4. Keep teams aligned and coordinated when tasks, priorities, or tools shift, using short, practical leadership conversations that reduce ambiguity and prevent misunderstandings.
5. Support practical decision‑making when AI‑generated information or recommendations are involved, helping team members balance machine outputs with human experience, safety, and common sense.
6. Maintain team morale and confidence during frequent, small changes, identifying early signs of overload or frustration and providing timely reassurance, guidance, and support.
