About This Course
Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way organizations redesign business processes, improve operational efficiency and deliver business outcomes. Unlike traditional automation tools or chatbots, AI agents can reason, retrieve organizational knowledge, use enterprise tools, execute workflows and collaborate with humans and other AI agents to perform complex business tasks.
This 3-day course provides a practical, hands-on introduction to designing, deploying and orchestrating AI agents for enterprise and business use cases. Participants will learn how to identify business processes suitable for AI agent adoption, redesign workflows using business process re-engineering principles, integrate AI agents into enterprise operations and develop business cases that support organizational transformation.
Through practical activities, workflow design exercises and real-world business scenarios, participants will design AI-enabled business processes, experiment with basic AI agent implementations, evaluate governance and operational risks, develop business cases and prepare an Agent-First Operating Blueprint with a 90-Day Implementation Roadmap for their organization.

Basic understanding of business processes
