AI for Product Managers and Business Analysts: From Use Case Discovery to Engineering-Ready Requirements
About This Course
Artificial Intelligence is evolving rapidly, but effective adoption requires more than selecting a popular tool. Product Managers and Business Analysts must connect business needs with credible technology evidence, organisational readiness and practical delivery requirements.
This three-day course develops the capabilities required to explore emerging AI technologies, analyse business-process flows and interdependencies, monitor relevant market developments, engage external technology partners, evaluate technology options iteratively, and provide recommendations supported by a strong rationale. Learners then translate the validated recommendation into success measures, acceptance criteria and requirements for solution teams.
Through workplace cases, guided research, process mapping, evaluation tools and structured decision-making activities, participants progress from AI opportunity discovery to a defensible adopt, pilot, defer or reject recommendation.
