Empathetic Audience-Centric Graphic Design
About This Course
This 3-day course equips creative professionals with the essential competencies to integrate human-centred empathy with technical graphic design principles. Moving beyond aesthetic execution, learners will discover how to analyse and drive empathy-centred design thinking to deeply understand users' subconscious feelings, cultural perceptions, and psychological barriers toward corporate products and services. Through hands-on creative workflows, participants will master the technical implementation of typography, visual hierarchy, colour psychology, and layout composition specifically tailored to control the emotional tone of digital branding assets. By synthesizing practical content creation workflows—spanning marketing materials, infographics, social media campaigns, and interactive web layouts—with audience-focused validation frameworks, learners will develop the practical agility to produce polished visual assets that optimize workplace productivity and drive business-critical communication strategy.
