Building No-Code AI Agents for Workflow Redesign
About This Course
This course focuses on business process reengineering through the design and development of intelligent agents to automate business workflows. Learners will build these agents using a no-code/low-code platform, enabling business users to rapidly develop and test proof-of-concept solutions without extensive programming knowledge. The course is designed for business stakeholders such as product owners and business users across various domains who want to apply agent-based solutions to real-world operational challenges. Learners will learn how to define clear goals, establish appropriate constraints, and design Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents that are safe, reliable, and aligned with business objectives. Through hands-on experience building proof-of-concept solutions using a no-code/low-code platform, learners will translate concepts into working prototypes.
What You'll Learn
At the end of the course, the learners will be able to:
- Understand common foundation which includes the core principles of user-centricity and the role of a product owner, regardless of their current title or function.
- Reengineer business processes through the use of agents in support of business outcomes
- Design and build a single agent to support a simple business (e.g. Customer Relationship Management) use case
- Design and build an autonomous agent to include business (e.g. Customer Relationship Management) logic with reasoning feature in the use case
- Design and build multi-agent systems for complex business (e.g. Customer Relationship Management) use case.
- Identify potential limitations and problems of agentic AI, including safety, reliability, accountability and governance
