About This Course
This 2-day course addresses how senior leaders manage risks, shape culture, governance, and capabilities so Artificial Intelligence (AI) becomes a sustainable source of advantage rather than a one-off project. It examines issues related to ethical AI, AI governance and regulatory frameworks that are important for responsible AI. The course focuses on leading AI at scale—shifting mindsets, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, and embedding AI into business processes.
