Psychology of AI 4: Human-Centred AI Collaboration, Work and Role Redesign
About This Course
This standalone two-day course introduces the AI Factory framework for transforming human knowledge, data and expertise into Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven workflows and solutions. It combines psychology, design thinking and process innovation to support effective and ethical human–AI collaboration. Participants learn to map the AI lifecycle from problem definition and data preparation to deployment and monitoring, while balancing technical design, human oversight and ethical considerations. Using the Capabara AI Factory environment, they explore real or simulated use cases and design AI-enabled processes aligned with organisational goals and human-centred principles.
