Gain Real Outcomes for Work (GROW) - Feedback-to-Impact Leadership Living Lab (Classroom, Synchronous & Asynchronous e-learning)
About This Course
This course on Feedback-to-Impact Leadership adopts a Living Lab approach to enable leaders to identify and close the gap between how they believe they lead and how their teams experience their leadership. Learners will work through real workplace leadership situations, where they seek honest feedback from stakeholders, reflect on patterns and blind spots, and design visible behavioural changes that their teams can observe and validate.
Through the application of feedback and feedforward frameworks, learners will translate common leadership challenges into stronger team conversations that enhance trust, psychological safety, and performance culture. They will also document their findings and commit to sustained leadership habits validated through stakeholder feedback.
The course comprises:
- Instructor-led with guided practice using feedback frameworks and reflection activities
