This 2-day course focuses on turning Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy into a concrete, sequenced, and resourced implementation roadmap. It addresses how to design operating models, build data and platform capabilities, select delivery approaches, govern AI initiatives, and manage organisational change. The course provides actionable practices for the critical journey from AI pilots to enterprise-scale production, bridging the execution gap where the vast majority of AI initiatives fail to scale. Learners will work step-by-step to translate their AI transformation strategy into an implementation roadmap, including milestones, accountabilities, and investment estimates.
