Generative AI Bootcamp
About This Course
This intensive three-day workshop moves beyond basic AI prompting to introduce the practical application of Agentic AI in professional and business environments. Designed for entry-level learners, participants should possess basic digital literacy and English proficiency equivalent to WPLN Level 4 or above. No prior programming, coding, or Artificial Intelligence experience is required. The course provides a structured, hands-on approach to building and deploying AI-powered digital specialists using Large Language Models (LLMs) and no-code Agentic AI platforms.
Participants will learn to design AI agents with clearly defined roles, objectives, system instructions, domain knowledge, and multi-step reasoning capabilities. Rather than using AI solely as a conversational tool, learners will develop practical solutions that automate workflows, support research and decision-making, and improve workplace productivity and operational efficiency.
The workshop develops Prompt Engineering capabilities by enabling learners to create nuanced and strategic prompts that optimise AI model performance through different prompting methodologies to generate innovative and effective outputs. Learners will also apply Responsible AI and Generative AI Practices by integrating ethical principles, governance considerations, and responsible AI practices into the design, deployment, and use of AI-powered solutions.
Through guided demonstrations, practical exercises, and real-world business scenarios, participants will apply Agentic AI to foster Innovation by generating ideas, improving business processes, and developing AI-enabled solutions that enhance organisational efficiency and productivity. By the end of the workshop, learners will have the practical knowledge and confidence to design, evaluate, refine, and deploy Agentic AI solutions that deliver measurable business value across a wide range of industries and job roles.
