Designing Your Life : Staying Ahead
About This Course
Designing Your Life: Staying Ahead is a two-day experiential programme that equips mid-career professionals with practical tools to proactively design their future. Drawing on Stanford University’s Designing Your Life methodology, participants learn how to apply design thinking principles to career and life decisions, develop resilience in the face of uncertainty, and create multiple pathways for future growth and contribution.
Participants will explore their values, motivations and aspirations, identify opportunities for growth, reframe challenges into possibilities, and develop practical experiments to test future directions before making major commitments. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is introduced as a thinking partner to support reflection, ideation and opportunity exploration while participants remain the primary decision-makers throughout the design process.
By the end of the programme, participants will develop greater clarity, confidence and adaptability, supported by a practical action plan to strengthen their career resilience, employability and future readiness.
