Applied Skills in AI Project Delivery: Simulation and Deployment Plan
About This Course
This three-day course uses a realistic workplace simulation to help participants lead the exploration, evaluation, integration and deployment planning of an emerging AI technology. Participants work through an evolving organisational scenario, analyse the business need, identify suitable technologies, establish selection criteria and create internal processes to guide research and evaluation.
Participants will manage a simulated collaboration with an external technology partner, design a controlled integration experiment and interpret new or conflicting evidence. They will then assess current and future operational impacts, change requirements, and legal, ethical and security risks before producing a justified AI deployment plan. The emphasis is on organisational leadership, evidence-based decision-making and responsible adoption rather than technology implementation alone.
