Scale: Govern, Measure and Sustain Responsible AI Automation in the Workplace
About This Course
This course equips the participants who have already built a working automation or agent with skills to deploy it responsibly, work productively with IT, manage risk, measure genuine impact, and scale from a single working prototype to team-wide capability.
The first day addresses governance and responsible deployment; the risks of ungoverned automation, PDPA-aligned data handling, access control, approval gates and audit trails, prompt injection and unsafe tool use, and knowing when to bring in IT, cybersecurity, data governance, legal or compliance. Participants review their own automation build against a governance checklist and produce a one-page governance brief for peer review. The second day addresses measurement and sustainability; selecting a pilot, establishing a credible baseline, choosing productivity metrics, communicating ROI to managers, developing automation champions, and building a sequenced a structured plan to deploy, prove and scale.
What You'll Learn
● LO2 - Recognise prompt injection and unsafe tool use risks in AI-enabled automation and apply change management principles to progress an automation through sandbox, pilot and production, including knowing when to involve IT, cybersecurity, legal or compliance.
● LO3 - Establish a credible pre-automation baseline and select productivity metrics - time saved, error reduction, SLA improvement - to measure and demonstrate an automation's impact after deployment.
● LO4 - Build an automation backlog, communicate an ROI case to non-technical stakeholders, develop automation champions, and structure a sequenced 90-day plan to deploy, prove and scale automation capability.
