What You'll Learn
• Differentiate and evaluate AI design patterns, autonomous systems and general AI capabilities, and apply the Perception, Prediction and Planning framework to AI project scenarios.
• Apply the six phases of the PMI-CPMAI framework: Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Data Preparation, Model Development, Model Evaluation and Model Operationalization.
• Analyse and transform data using the DIKUW model and assess Big Data characteristics to support scalable AI solutions.
• Evaluate and apply trustworthy and ethical AI principles throughout the AI project lifecycle using the Five Layers of Trustworthy AI framework.
• Assess organisational readiness, including skills, culture, capabilities and team composition, for successful AI adoption and project delivery.
• Define and evaluate AI project success criteria, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measurement metrics.
• Implement responsible AI practices and integrate ethical, trustworthy and responsible AI principles across the AI project lifecycle.
Entry Requirements
This course is industry-agnostic and suitable for anyone with basic project management experience, though prior experience is not mandatory. Basic understanding of project management principles.
Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6.
Possess basic digital literacy and be comfortable using common workplace productivity and online collaboration tools.
