Designing Employee Experiences in the Age of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
About This Course
In the age of Artificial Intelligence (AI), organisations are reimagining how employees experience work, collaborate with technology and create value for customers and the organisation. As AI, demographic shifts and other workplace trends reshape the future of work, there is a growing need to design employee experiences that are both human-centred and future-ready. Using the Design Thinking methodology of Empathy, Learning-by-Doing and Co-Creation, this high-energy two-day course provides participants with a practical understanding of Design Thinking principles, key tools and terminology, and how they can be applied to improve employee experiences and workplace innovation. Participants will apply Stakeholder Mapping, Value Network Mapping, Personas, Employee Journey Mapping, Service Scenario Mapping and Prototyping to create practical, people-centred solutions for the changing workplace.
