Copilot Agents (CoWork, Agent Builder) within Microsoft 365
About This Course
This 1-day course introduces practical, hands-on ways of using Copilot within Microsoft 365 to support everyday work activities. Participants will learn how CoWork enables users to describe a desired outcome, after which Copilot can plan, break down tasks, and coordinate actions across emails, documents, meetings, and organisational data.
Building on this, the course explores how AI can move beyond assisting with tasks to supporting goal-driven execution across workflows. Participants will learn how CoWork can manage multi-step activities while keeping users in control through review and approval of key actions.
The course also introduces tools for creating simple, scenario-specific Copilot agents. Participants will design custom agents for recurring tasks, define clear instructions for consistent outputs, and ground these agents using relevant organisational data and knowledge sources to improve accuracy and usefulness.
By the end of the course, participants will gain hands-on experience applying Copilot and agents to automate workflows, improve consistency, and enhance productivity in their daily work.
No prior AI or programming experience is required.
