Through guided practice and real-world scenarios, participants will learn how to use AI tools to draft professional communications, summarise documents, prepare reports, and streamline everyday work tasks, all without needing any technical background.

Participants will learn how to craft effective prompts to get high-quality outputs from Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
You will practise using Gen AI tools to write and refine professional emails, summarise multiple documents, and prepare work reports.
