Finance Leadership & Career Future-Proofing focuses on developing the leadership capabilities required to lead finance teams in today's Digital Economy. As Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, data analytics and digital technologies reshape finance functions, finance leaders must build digitally enabled teams, foster innovation, influence enterprise-wide transformation and continuously adapt to emerging business models, technologies and broader disruptive macro trends.
