iBuildSG Lead Horizon Programme: SUTD-BCA AI-Augmented Design Innovation Programme (ADIP)
About This Course
This programme equips built environment leaders and innovators to drive high-impact transformation through Design Innovation (DI) and AI-enabled methodologies.
Participants will learn to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder challenges across the built environment by applying a human-centred, systems-thinking approach grounded in the Discover–Define–Develop–Deliver framework.
Through an intensive, hands-on sprint, participants will identify opportunity spaces, reframe challenges, and co-create AI-augmented solutions that are not only innovative, but implementable within real organisational and industry contexts.
The programme emphasises translating insights into action—moving beyond ideation to prototyping, testing, and building credible pathways for adoption, scale, and impact.
By the end, participants will be equipped to lead innovation initiatives, align stakeholders, and embed design-led, AI-enabled practices within their organisations and projects.
