About This Course
This course equips learners with an overview of the Computerized Maintenance and Management System (CMMS) and the Building Management System (BMS). The procurement approach of the FM system will also be discussed. A hands-on session to simulate the various building operating data will also be provided.
What You'll Learn
Learners will be able to:
1. Operate the CMMS for asset management, maintenance management, failure analysis, inventory management, and decision support using dashboard and maintenance module.
2. Describe the various hardware and software components of the BMS as part of the Building Data Management and Automation System
3. Describe the 4 key stages of the FM Procurement Framework and thus applying the life cycle costing principles to FM procurement.
4.Use web-based simulation programs to analyze the impact of changes in operating parameters on building performance.

Entry Requirements
· Singapore citizens;
· Singapore Permanent Residents;
· Holders of LTVP;
· Completed GCE ‘A’ level OR a recognised Diploma programme
· Participants should commit to fulfil the programme requirement, including minimum attendance requirements and passing of assessments.
