Leveraging AI Agents for Smarter Training and Learning Workflows
About This Course
This course equips adult educators to design and test agentic AI workflows for adult education, workplace learning and training operations. Participants will learn how to move from single prompts to controlled multi-step workflows with clear inputs, outputs, approval gates, escalation rules and human-in-the-loop safeguards.
Through hands-on activities, participants will redesign a real workflow such as learner communication, course preparation, workplace coaching, evidence review, assessment administration or quality documentation. They will build or simulate a no-code agentic workflow, test it using realistic cases and refine it for individual or organisational use. The course is platform-neutral and requires no coding experience or paid AI subscription.
By the end of the course, participants will have created a pilot-ready workflow package that can support course preparation, learner communication, workplace coaching, evidence review, assessment administration, quality documentation or post-course follow-up.
What You'll Learn
• Differentiate between prompting, no-code assistants, automation and agentic workflows.
• Analyse adult education and training operations processes to identify suitable AI-supported tasks, human-only decision points and operational risks.
• Explain the key elements of a controlled agentic workflow
• Map and design an adult education or training operations workflow with clear steps, roles and decision points.
• Develop a no-code assistant or agentic workflow instruction set using free-access or organiser-provided tools.
• Test and justify a pilot-ready workflow package
