About This Course
The 2-day in-person course equips working adults in Singapore with practical entrepreneurship, innovation and digital/AI-assisted tools to develop startup or innovation ideas. Participants will learn how to identify customer problems, validate assumptions, build a value proposition and business model, use AI tools for market research and prototyping, and present a clear Startup Innovation Action Plan that can be applied to a new venture, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise initiative or workplace innovation project.
What You'll Learn
1.Build an entrepreneurial mindset and identify viable startup or workplace innovation opportunities.
2. Apply design thinking and lean startup principles to define customer problems and test assumptions.
3. Develop a clear value proposition and one-page business model for a startup or innovation idea.
4. Use digital and AI tools to support market research, customer insight generation, ideation and rapid prototyping.
5. Plan practical validation activities, minimum viable product (MVP) tests and go-to-market experiments.
6. Create simple growth, revenue and traction metrics to evaluate the viability of an idea.
7. Prepare and present a concise Startup Innovation Action Plan with clear next steps.
