Facilitating AI-Enabled Learning Experiences
About This Course
This practice-based course equips educators, trainers, facilitators, enrichment instructors and learning-support personnel with the skills to facilitate learner-centred learning using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other digital tools responsibly.
Participants will practise questioning and prompting techniques, collaborative learning, differentiated learner support, technology-assisted activities, classroom routines, and relevant safety and escalation procedures while preserving learner ownership.
Participants will also be equipped with the knowledge and skills to apply coaching and mentoring approaches that support learners' developmental needs. Participants will learn how to guide, motivate, and provide constructive support to facilitate learners' growth, enhance their learning experience.
The course emphasises human facilitation skills such as coaching and mentoring, responsible AI use, hands-on practice and observed application of facilitation techniques.
Participants will develop practical capabilities in learner-centred facilitation, technology-enhanced learning, learner support and classroom implementation. They will develop and implement coaching and mentoring approaches to address their own learners' developmental needs.
The course is applicable across the broader education and training sector and may serve as foundation training for individuals seeking deployment as Assistant Trainers in school-based AI, coding and digital-making programmes.
